  • Response targetWe aim to reply within one business day. We are a small team in a single time zone, so we do not claim 24/7 cover, because we would not meet it.
  • Security reportsReport vulnerabilities privately to security@vantapanel.com, not in a public issue. How we handle reports.
  • Billing and refundsPaying by card? Cancel auto-renewal yourself from the client area at any time. A PayPal payment covers 30 days and never renews. Your first payment for a paid plan has a 14-day money-back window. Refund policy.
  • Your server, not oursVanta Panel runs on your own VPS. We have no access to it, so anything we help with, we help you do on your machine.

Three answers that save you an email

Most first emails ask what Vanta Panel costs, whether it runs on a given VPS, and how to move off cPanel. Here are the short answers, each with the page that has the long one.

  • What does Vanta Panel cost?

    Free for 1 account, 1 mailbox and 1 database; $5 per server per month for 5 accounts, 5 mailboxes and 5 databases; $10 per server per month for unlimited accounts, mailboxes and databases. Every tier has every feature.

  • Will it run on my VPS?

    Fresh Ubuntu 22.04+ or Debian 12+, x86_64 or arm64, with about 2 GB RAM and 3 GB disk. One command installs everything, and you are live in about three minutes.

  • Can I move off cPanel?

    Yes. vWHM’s Import from cPanel reads a cPanel account backup and restores the site files, the databases you select, the mailboxes and the cron jobs. Mailbox passwords, custom DNS records, SSL certificates and any addon domains are set up again by hand, and the old server is never modified.
