  • Response targetWe aim to reply within one business day. We are a small team in a single time zone, so we do not claim 24/7 cover — because we would not meet it.
  • Security reportsEmail the same address with SECURITY in the subject and we will treat it as urgent. We do not run a bug bounty and we do not publish a formal disclosure policy yet; we would rather say so than imply one exists.
  • Billing & refundsCancel auto-renewal yourself from the client area at any time. First purchases have a 14-day refund window.
  • Your server, not oursVanta Panel runs on your own VPS. We have no access to it, so anything we help with, we help you do on your machine.
